This Space Was a True Challenge
On just under 9 square meters, the clients wanted to fit both a bathroom and a separate toilet. This tiny area had to accommodate existing plumbing, a window, two doors — plus new functions: a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, cabinets, a washing machine, and a dryer.
We designed two small, yet bright and comfortable rooms. The sense of brightness was achieved through carefully selected tiles and furniture — light, airy, and planned to visually enlarge the space without overwhelming it. Warmth is added by brass fixtures and wooden accents — especially in the tall cabinet that discreetly houses the washer and dryer.
Functionality is enhanced by a thoughtful layout and a meticulously planned tile arrangement on the walls. Throughout the process, we repeatedly rechecked dimensions — in this case, every centimeter mattered and could directly impact the comfort of daily use.
