Seeing More Than Just Ruins

These are the spaces we love most — forgotten, neglected, often written off by others. To us, they are places with history, soul, and enormous potential. We see what many overlook: the quality and durability of old craftsmanship, and the chance to give it new life while honoring the past.

In this project, set within a small space, we faced a range of challenges. Rather than taking shortcuts, we removed decades of makeshift repairs and focused on addressing the real causes — and consequences. Poor ventilation, leaky windows, and outdated systems had led to moisture buildup, mold, crumbling plaster, warped doors, and a rotting floor. The tiny, neglected WC also required a complete redesign. It all took time, patience, and careful decision-making.

We chose simple, durable solutions that respected the existing structure. A year of intensive work brought the result: a set of bright, intimate interiors — full of light, character, and simplicity. Wooden floors add warmth, and the restored sash windows flood the space with natural light. In the upper window panes, we added a subtle Art Nouveau–inspired stained glass element — crafted especially for us by Ms. Magda from the Tusz i Wiatr studio.

It’s a space that truly feels like home.
If you have a similar interior — an old townhouse, a historic home, a place with a story — come talk to us. We’ll show you how it can be saved, smartly modernized, and transformed into something truly beautiful, unique, and unforgettable.

Even if you’re not planning a renovation yourself — maybe you know someone who is?
Sometimes all it takes is a conversation to see potential where others only see ruins.

Step in. Feel it. Ask questions.
We’ll take care of the rest.
