This investment apartment was delivered in developer standard. The main expectations of the investor were minimal intervention in the existing layout and the provision of ample storage space. After analyzing several options, we successfully met these goals. We avoided additional costs related to modifying partition walls, and thanks to custom-built cabinetry, generous storage was achieved in every room.
Within the interior, deep navy blue tones are paired with wooden elements, giving the space a sense of elegance and sophistication. Copper accents add a bold touch. Noble materials and minimalist styling form the foundation for a timeless interior arrangement.
